We all know that during pregnancy, some consumable items are not advisable, but how can a future mum cope without her morning RossOro Coffee?
First of all, I would suggest that you check with your doctor, always seek professional medical advice in such scenarios. With that said, according to many health consultants, whilst pregnant, one or two cups of coffee a day should not cause any health risks to the unborn child; caffeine should of course be limited during pregnancy.
Some studies show that more than 150-200 mg of caffeine per day (roughly three RossOro Espressos per day) may not be healthy due to the high amounts of caffeine and may be negatively linked to a baby’s growth and development. A few good ways to continue enjoying your RossOro while pregnant, though limiting caffeine intake, are the following:
- Limit coffee to not more than two RossOro Espresso, Lungo or Forte a day; or a combination of your choice
- Mix your regular coffee with RossOro Decaf and start reducing your caffeine intake
- Shift completely to RossOro Decaf to eliminate caffeine intake completely
Our RossOro Decaf Coffee is still made of 100% ground Arabica and Robusta beans and has that taste you would expect from a coffee.
RossOro takes care of mothers!
