At RossOro we know that coffee is a matter of pleasure, desired energy boost, mental alertness, but also a matter of personal taste. Some of us like Arabica blends for a smoother and more acidic taste, while others like Robusta blends for a more roasted aroma. Whichever taste you prefer, we can deliver it with our high quality 100% ground coffee blends.

Some questions that popup occasionally are, “How much liquid do I have to extract for the optimum coffee?”, or, “How long does my coffee has to be?”, or even, “I like to have a full mug of coffee, which Rossoro blend do you suggest?”. Allow us a moment to delve into these questions.

I will try to answer the above questions as simply as possible.

RossOro has specific blends for your desired tastes and all of them are made of 100% ground Robusta and Arabica beans of premium quality only – but this you already know! Each blend has an optimum volume (which also translates in time to extract) but let’s mention what we may know already.

The standard Italian Espresso at the bar is normally around 25ml including the cream. At RossOro however, we know that this may be too little for you RossOro lovers, so we’ve created some of our blends to be just as good with 35ml of coffee extracted. Here’s our suggestion for each of our blends:
